An Invitation to Build Together

We can't change the past. But we can look forward together.

Every generation inherits institutions it did not build: roads, schools, power grids, and hospitals. Our job is not to tear them down, and not to leave them exactly as we found them. Our job is to strengthen them for the people who come after us.

This isn't about left or right. It's about asking better questions, understanding who is actually responsible, and expecting our healthcare system to serve the people it exists for.

This book is an invitation. Not to agree. But to think. To begin with purpose. To ask better questions. To steward together the institutions entrusted to every generation.
